He would be accused of being liberal, a commie and being gay
His sleigh would be declared an offensive nuclear powered weapon
All involved would get medals as Santa rotted away in a secret prison.

COMMUNISTIC ?? Santa is an honest collector of intelligence and keeper of lists (naughty and nice) !! Santa works for a living, values marriage, and is a symbol of Christian Goodness... sounds as far as you can get from "Communistic Ways".
America actually FULLY supports Santa Clause... providing him with weather updates, flight clearances, over-flight escort in hostile territory, and intelligence information.
YOU are the one with questionable "ways" to even suggest that Santa Claus isn't "real real" !!
