personality.....eyes....cute smile....sense of humor...the way they hold you like they're protecting you from the world....the way they kiss you like you're a part of his soul.....they way they lovingly make fun of your silly qualities....being a gentleman....not being overly possessive.....sooo many things

Every girl is different. Most girls want a guy to be protective but not controlling. They want guys to love us but not be clingy. I want a guy to be sweet and funny. I like a guy to be able to make me laugh. I realize that there is no such thing as a perfect guy, but when it's the right person you will only see the good.

SENSE OF HUMOR!! Good personality. And cute...not a hunk necessarily. I've dated a wide variety of men, different races, bald, long hair, glasses or contacts, tattooed etc.etc. I dated the men because of who they were not what they looked like on the outside. Though I am not " a typical female",.
I have heard usually younger women grading men on appearance alone and that is wrong. Of course they are the size zero hotties, who like to party..you know, the "girls gone wild" type, which unfortunately seems to be the 'norm' nowadays. I have a niece who is 19 and she scares me.
I met my fiance on E-Harmony and we are getting married in 3 months! I can't wait.

I am different but I am uncomfortable with anything romantic, but a guy being sweet and kind of shy and smart is what I like, most important respectful and strong in his beliefs.

well, i think my boyfriend right now is just perfect. he is not only good looking, but sweet, kind of shy, and caring. he calls me but not pesteringly, we hang out, but he gives me space. hes my very best friend, and thats how we act together, (minus the kisses--which is once and a while. thats why he isnt so overwhelming and i love that!)
i dont know, when a girl likes you, dont take advantage of that and just be her friend first. then see where it takes you.
but mostly i love that my guy is the sweetest ive ever met!!

Brains are a must...humor also...looks - just a pleasant bonus. He must know what he wants from a relationship, from his future from his life.
He must be able to rise above the physical aspects of sex for the sake of sex and yet have a sense of the erotic. And he must be an adult. Mature and wise. Probably nonexistant too. sigh

I like a guy who is romantic, nice, sweet, caring, has a sense of humor, honesty, and knows how to treat his lady like a gentleman!
