Hey Will,
Well, after some time, there is nothing positive to report. Usually there are several ways to find an artist. First is a direct search for them, and this usually pops up the popular artists. Harry did not come to the forefront of the search. See the Yahoo Search below - this was modified a bunch of times to include keywords, exclude words, etc. Still nothing pops up.
The best next way to find an artist is in the Fine Arts databases. There are many other Cummins, but no Harry. Then the next step is to talk, email, call, write, etc. an art Gallery or Auction. There are some sites below for you to communicate with.
