My 10 month old male yorkie has a scratch on his nose that he got from trying to dig under the door of my bathroom while I am away. It bleeds and he wipes it all over the floor. I dont want it to get infected any ideas of something that I can put on it? Also any ideas on how to keep him occupied while I am at work so he does not try to dig out and hurt himself again?

Keep him on the tile somewhere. Don't close the door, but put up a plastic baby gate.(unless you have other pets not in cages) If that doesn't work, kennel him.

Ask the vet about something to put on it.

Betadine is the accepted cleanser/antiseptic for humans and animals, even on nose area. But need to eliminate this shutting up in a bathroom situation.

Make sure you really take out to play and run around before leaving. Can yu not use the kitchen area with a baby gate or a decent size doggie crate? Let's face it, how big and exciting is your bathroom for a long term stay???

As suggested, Yorkies need their toys. They get bored and lonely. Most like stuffed toys. Maybe leave a radio/tv on for noise.
Make sure you do not overdo the "isolation" so it seems to be punishment. Have you not housetrained where he can have the run of the place when you are gone?? Or trained to puppy pads?
He is old enough by now.

A&D ointment (for diper rash) will do for his nose, i am a dog groomer and we use that for minor cuts and scrapes, it will keep infection away. do not use antibiotic ointment, it can make him sick.
as for keeping him busy, crate train him with lots of toys and chewys.
