You can try supersetup. Its free and can convert media to many different formats.

try psp movie creator its for psp though

but works fine

converts any format into mp4

try goldwave it will convert to various formats..

also can make the file less in size by encoding in lesser sampling....like 56kbps or less...if you want to upload it!!
