Yes, your hair is probably really damaged with split ends, breakage and frizz.

Yes it will
The best thing to do is buy a deep/intensive conditioner to try and minimize the damage that you are causing.

ALSO you need to buy hair oil/serum to protect you hair before you straighten it.
Keep your scalp and hair moist with olive oil..

You could alternatively make a decision to have it straitened permanently by getting it relaxed. There are mild relaxer perm kits for white people to straighten their hair permanently.Try that ...then you will not need the straighteners,

You only need to straighten it once. Then after that put some kind of hold product such as pantene spray or a conditioner. Then roll it up or just wrap it. Thats enough you dont need to use an iron or product to straighten your hair that many times a week. It damages your hair and you will get split ends and nasty dry hair.

It also depends on your hair. But Garnier Fructise makes a really good leave in conditioner, so for those days when you don't straighten your hair... Also, pantene makes a conditioner that you leave in your hair for 5-10 minutes while you shower, and then you can wash it out. Actually, a bunch of companies make that kind of thing. Maybe you ought to consider leaving your hair natural more often, I'm sure it looks gorgeous!

Use a repairing shampoo, such as Dove Repair Shampoo and Conditioner. Also use a heat-protecting serum and use deep conditioning treatments. If you see your hair becoming very brittle, rough, frizzy, or a lot of split ends, learn from a stylist how to straighten your hair with a diffuser and blowdryer. :)

Yes. Your burning you hair!!! three times a week is just too much heat being applied to your hair. It will die and eventually break off..trust me! Your best bet is finding something a little more natural that works for you..but if it must be staight I hope you can figure out an alternative- perm maybe? good luck!

Well, it can really dry out your hair, but if you only do it 3 times a week, it's probably ok.I straighten my hair like 3 or 4 times a week, and i noticed it got more dry then usual.

A lot of people with curly hair or somthing just straighten it everyday. The only thing that you have to do is use dry scalp shampoo, otherwise your head gets so dry, you get little white flakes.

yes, it is. straightening it that often dries out your hair a ton, and if you don't see damage now, you will in the future. if you're gonna straighten it that much, make sure you use a deep conditioning treatment at least once a week and please please please use a spray to protect your hair and maybe even a leave in conditioner. also, use a hydrating shampoo to keep your hair moisturized. if you have curly/wavy hair, you'll notice that your waves won't be as wavy as they used to be when you don't straighten, the reason for that? straightening your hair.

yes.

to undo the damage, use a shampoo and conditioner that's specialized for damaged or colored hair.

and also, if you're going to straighten your hair that much, use a serum to prevent heat damage, like l'oreal straightening cream.
it will minimize the damage caused by a straightening iron.
