Help with this please?
There was this guy at my job who's new and seemed nice, and he asked to hang out with me one night. Ok so i called my best friend so we can buddy up with people so we go out a group to the movies. But she bailed out on me and me being nice, ended up on a one -on one outing with him, which i really didnt want. I left the date as soon as i could with miminal touching involved to let him know i didnt want him as -more than a friend. But when i went to work the next day everyone was telling me how he bragged about the date (even though i hardly spoke to him) and how he was already speaking about us as we were a couple.. thats when i started freaking out. I completely stopped having any contact with him.. Thats when the stalking began.. he began parking by my car, and sending me notes asking when can he have another date , then he started to know why i dont call him ( he demanded it out loud at work) *and i only knew him for a few days* so he wrote me another note.

And i wrote back to him "Stop wrinting me notes please!" i also told him that he was freaking me out seriously! then he came back demanding why i am freaking him out and why can be together..ARE U SERIOUS!! by now other ppl at my job are upset.. seeing how this situation was upsetting me badly. and they warned him to stay away from me. and i finally tore up the last note and wrote..told him to his face i dont want to asociate with you, please dont talk to me.. he kept asking if he can make it up with me. i said no.. and the three other notes i tore up ...then he stopped.. i thought it was over.. and i was relived at work.. (no more moving my car away from his.. or making sure i was walked to my car from work) he's young so i figure he has common sense to leave me alone. now instead of sending me notes, he send me email, and its really bothering me. i dont reply to his emails, i dont know what 2 do, i'm gonna talk to my sup on Monday but right now what can i do??? Help please!!

Well if this is happening at work then it is harassment and he can be fired or even put in jail so i would go to your boss and report this ASAP before it goes any farther cause if he doesn't get the message from you then it's going to have too be someone in authority to stop him.

Don't tear up the notes. Print the emails, and take everything to your boss. Tell him you want a restraining order which means one or the other of you has to leave the job.

Tell him that you are reporting on him for sexual harrassment and that its against the law to stalk someone at work and he can go to jail for that so talk to your sup so this guy can leave you alone

dont write him another note, next time at work when he demands out loud what's going on, tell him the truth out loud and clear.
