So I want to get a MySpace account. But how does it really work? I sign up. What then? How do I actually meet girls?

you sign up, then you browse through people.
add your friends that you already have,
and then add people that you find interesting.
it's as simple as that.

Myspace is not a dating service but you CAN meet girls. When you get an account just click on browse and fill in the specific search thing and it will show 100's of profiles with girls meeting your requirments.
