It is advisable for all dogs to go to puppy kindergarden classes at your local kennel club. They don't just work on "obedience" they work on socialization, manners, coming when called, all the stuff that should be "normal" for a dog to do. They are very knowledgable about dogs, as most of them have been breeding and showing for dozens of years in most cases.
I would recommend professional training for both you and your dogs, you will be surprised at how fast they learn how to do the right thing, and how strong your bond with them will become in such a short time span (6-8 weeks).
Good luck

Help is available! No dog is impossible to train although some are far more challenging than others. How old are they? This can affect training methods. A good socialization class would be great. (Petco usually offers these).
The links below have training advice on training "no bite" be patient and consistent. good luck

The way we teach our puppies is to yelp real loud when they bite to surprise them. They know that a yelp means pain. If that does not work then when they bite we push their top lip into their own teeth so they know that its their teeth that hurt. They get the hint from that. Some people will bite the puppy on the ear but i would be afraid of biting too hard and actually hurting them. Spray bottles are better for other things like jumping or other behavioral problems.

First, never play hand games with them. Stay calm. Yell Ouch when they put teeth on people. They don't know it hurts people, doggie skin is tougher than human skin.
If they get excited and start biting, stop playing, take all attention away from them. Your attention is one of the most valuable tools you have to change behavior.
