The most important thing you have to have, with no exceptions is good eyesight and eyehealth. Even if you have 20/20 vision, you can still be rejected. When I was in the army, a guy I know wanted to go into helicopter school , has 20/20 vision, but a weakness in eye muscles and he was rejected. The second most important things is brains.

The air force will teach you if you pass the education, aptitude and physical requirements. A 4 year degree is mandatory, so you can estimate on the age.

You have to have lots of experience flying an aircraft. You also have to be brave and in good health (blood pressure, etc,) You must also be calm in fight or flight situations.
