I'm going to a spa and the owner is providing the service. Do I still have to tip or because the owner sets the prices can I just pay the price?

No, you never tip the owner of any place. It's the other employees that should be tipped.

My mom goes to a person who owns her own hair shop and she's like freaking rich off of it but mom still tips her 5$ everytime and she hasn't raised her prices for us. I would tip, just don't do too much the first time.
