Well, here is one way.
-Go to har.com
-Put in zip, community, whatever
-Then put in a price range
-Some houses will pop up. If there is no houses in that price try lower until you get a house.
-Whoever buys the house that is for sale see if they have kids.
That is the best way I know how. Or you can just meet all the neighbors.
