I love it!! Sam A is one of my favorite beers and when I heard about a Light beer from them I thought it wouldn't be too good. Surprisingly its VERY good!! Its not like other light beers its not watered down and the taste is definitely still there! I recommend it, if you can get it.

I have tried Sam Adams Light. As light beers go it's very nice. The hops are well balanced - not too overpowering, and there isn't too much of a sacrifice of malt flavor. It uses some malts that Light beers tend to stay away from like Munich and Cara Pils (at least that's what it tastes like). Other American light beers are "post-prohibition" creations that cater to the palates of less discerning beer drinkers.
But I digress, I like it for the most part. Good for a light beer.

I tried Sam Adams Light because the restaurant was out of the regular.If you put light beers on a spectrum,Coors Light,with its watered-down no flavor taste would be at one end and Sam Adams would be the other end.A great tasting,full flavored beer that you could easily mistake for a "regular" beer.I'd drink it anytime.
