Take really deep breaths. Think (meditate) about a time when you were truly happy and totally relaxed and comfortable. Explore that time... Remember what it was like to be still, comfy and well loved...
What are you nervous about? The best way to get over nervousness about anything is to take it all the way to the worst case scenario in your mind. What's the worst thing that can happen? And if you really go there, and your answer is death...then, what's to be nervous about? You're dead... At that point, if you're a religious person, you're in a better place, with no pain or nervousness, and if you're not, then there's also no pain.
GOOD LUCK! And remember, "This too shall pass..."

there are many exercises to calm a disquieted mind. you could try resting in a completely darkened room, with only the sound of your breathing. or, if you prefer, the sounds of nature... a thunderstorm... a flowing stream.... maybe even whale songs. make sure you breathe deeply and regularly while you relax, so you can optimize the flow of oxygen to your brain.

find your own outlet. you can try writing down things that are on your mind...determine what you can do about them or if anything can be done to 'fix' them, then let them go. also, focus on slow and deep breaths, this helps. close your eyes, clear your mind. finally find somthing you like to do that lets your mind just flow, but that you enjoy. I personally enjoy making my own jewelry, magazine mosaics, or reading when I feel anxious. find your unwind. good luck! :)
