I don't want to be rude and not eat everything on the table tomorrow.

Eat more, eat always, and drink plenty of fluids.

But another thing you should do is tell your body that it needs more nutrients. See, when your body feels it has enough food in it, your stomach releases a hormone to tell your brain "I AM FULL!" So what you should do is exercise more, then your hormone will be released after more food has been eaten.

So eat at least 3-4 meals a day, and have plenty of snacks, and make sure you are always drinking water or juice. Keep a bottle of water with you at all times to accomplish this.

So eat more, and exercise. I have been doing this for the past semester, and I have even gained about 5 pounds from it.

ur stomach expands


so jsut eat until ur slightly over full for a while

and ur stomach will expand

some people call this process getting fat


or just take a big dump

smoking weed also helps

Over a period of many years you need to consume far more food and drink than is required. Regular consumption of excess will stretch the stomach wall.
It begs the question.......... why?

The more you eat the more you want. Overindulgence will guarantee ones tum will grow large and ugly.

NO EXERCISE! Just keep it to a minimum by opening the fridge door every hour and relieving it of it's contents. - I talk from experience

try drinking beer, it made my uncles belly huge! then again he also cheats people out of money, falsely accuses people of stealing. so whatever... oh yeah! he runs from the law! you can get a big belly, and trouble!

You can increase your appetite by eating more, but it's controlled by your brain. Your stomach does not really "stretch."

eat larger breakfasts, less lunches, moderate dinner, less fluids

just keep eating, a lot and often and your stomach will stretch and therefore allow more food to be ingested
