ROCKSTAR and gatorade...
ROCKSTAR: The large amounts of B vitamins will reverse the huge tax on your system that alcohol takes when it depletes all the B's in your system... have to replace them to heal quickly. (Plus the rest of the energy drink will get the sluggish blood to thin up some so you can get some fresh blood up to yer melon.)
GATORADE: Alcohol dehydrates you... no matter what... you forgot to drink at least half a glass of water before you crashed out last night.
I learned the hard way but I did learn...
My Basics: Drink with real juices and avoid sweets or sugary mixes... sugar is used to create booze quicker and to mask bad tasting booze recipes.... it isn't used to make you feel better the next day. It's for profit... theirs.
Excess sugars guarantee a hangover and generally crummy gut the next day.
Avoid getting your drink on if your gut is empty... yeah, it will make you a cheap date, but you will be the first to pass out... get it?
If your pounding shots, make sure your getting more amounts of juice or water in there too...
Don't mix types of drinks... you will figure out your own formula...
( for instance: I can shoot tequila with beer chaser = same time only... mixed drinks = no beer, wine = juice only, shots = full gut and juices only).
If you don't have ROCKSTAR... take B-complex vitamins and plenty of natural fluids.
You can toss in an aspirin too, but it's a band-aid, not a cure.
BEST WISHES...
GOOD LUCK ON NEW YEARS EVE!!!

Water. Gatorate. Fried food or pizza. And a beer. The best way to kill a hangover is to soothe it with a little alcohol. But not too much, or you'll feel the same tomorrow.

Sleep.. I know that if you are drinking, drink the same amount of water. This stops you from dehydrating, which is the cause of the hangover.

Go to your local WalMart and get some "Emergen-C" packets (they're in the vitamin section). Take 2 & some Tylenol. Extra tip: taking the Emergen-C BEFORE you go to bed after a night of partying will help curb the hangs too.
