I have a fully cooked Smithfield ham that just needs to re-heated, can the leftovers be frozen?

I freeze cooked ham all the time and have never had a problem. I freeze some in slices for things like ham and eggs, and I cube the rest of it for use in casseroles.

yes. just cut it into 2 to 4 serving size pieces and store it in ziploc freezer bags.

I don't see why the ham can't be frozen!

Oh yes. Wrap it tight. Great for omlettes or in stringbeans.
