I'm not sure, but you can teach your dog to stop barking. First give him a treat when you tell him to bark on command. When he knows how to bark on command, teach him to stop barking with your own certain hand single and saying "quiet" and give him a treat if he is quiet for even a second. Keep giving him a treat as the barking is quiet for longer.

As for rolling over, maybe you can roll him over with your hands and give him a treat. Roll him over while saying "roll over" then say GOOD DOG, treat, keep doing this. Then say roll over
after you've practiced with him awhile, without helping him. If he isn't rolling over go toward him again and roll him over while saying ROLL OVER. Then stand in front of him showing your treat and say roll over. IF he doesn't show him again, with no treat. Keep trying to say roll over standing in front of him, Teaching a dog a new trick takes anywhere from 20 to 45 minutes long.

does it ike toys? if so play with him and get him on his belly . move the toy in his mouth in a circle then tell him to roll over. this is while he is playing on the ground basicly playing will knock him over and he will roll over to get up and soon he will do it on command.
