You don't buy one, that's illegal! If you're European, then you get one from your own country or from your embassy.

If you are an EU citizen with right of abode, you send your form and payment the The Passport Office.

If you are not supposed to be here, then go back to where you do belong.
It is as simple as that.
I am not in the slightest racist or anything like that, but as a UK citizen, I have to obtain visas, work permits, No Objection Certificates, and dear knows what else when travelling & working abroad.
You don't just buy a passport, you earn it.

bribe someone. Steal it. However, you can obtain one legally by coming in as a refugee, taking state benefits and living off everyone's backs. Eventually, if you complain enough, you will get a passport.

go to the pass port office like everybody else but if you aren't in the right country tough its black market only to get one and that will probably be stolen

you don't BUY passports you have to prove you are eligable to hold one therefor you have to apply to that particular country to get one.
