They could have an agreement , that the kids do not open gifts until Mom gets there at 9 am.

That seems like a reasonable compromise.

She is "your woman" I assume not you wife.
She could stay at a motel, nearby get up early and be there in Christmas morning. Does the ex have a new wife? If not, I would be concerned.
Sounds like they are trying to give the illusion of "normalcy" to their son, which may be good on one hand, but also confusing for the child.
A motel/hotel is the answer.

If you are married, then she should NOT spend the night alone at the ex-husband's house. Either you both do, or you both don't.

If you are just in a exclusive relationship, then it is highly suggested that she not spend the night. You both can go over in the morning, maybe you all go out for breakfast afterwards.

It depends on what your wife likes! Listen to her when she is looking through magazines or walking down the high street she is bound to make hints. And i can guarantee you that if you pick up on those hints she will be the happiest woman on the earth as it shows that you do listen to her and you really do love her more than she knows! Good Luck p.s you can't go wrong with Diamonds!

If you are married than you should go too. However, if your not she has every right to go there and spend the night without you. She should be there for her son. Its about the kids and only the kids-not you
