If it's from hair dye, I was told to use spread cigarette ashes over the stains and then rinse them with water. Don't know if this works, but I was told this by my hair stylist. Good luck.

Vaseline might do the trick. My hairdresser usually puts it on my head (around the top of my forehead, sides and ears) before she dyes my hair. It might help to lift the staining out, and it is gentler too.

Hair stylist here. Use some of the colour and rub it into the colour. Scrub hard and it should come off.

isopropyl rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball i think? seems that used to work when i'd get dye on my face.

this is horrible ,but true.get some cigarette ash.spit on a hanky then dab it in the ash and rub!!!it is very fine so it does not damage your skin
