I feel like crap but I don't have a fever.What is wrong w/me?

Flu-like symptoms without an actual fever can be caused by other viruses. You may want to take medicine for flu symptoms to treat the aches and weakness. Drink lots of fluids. Grape juice is very helpful when you are dehydrated. If it continues longer than a couple of days, call your family physician

It's just the flu. Eventually, hopefully, it wil turn into a fever and then it will go away. If your temp never changes from regular and you stay sick for more than a week, go to the doctor.

Next time please post this under the proper subject. If you feel bad but don't have a fever you could just be developing a cold or might have slept too much or not gotten enough sleep. Or you could just possibly be having a bad day. I have had a few days where I wasn't feeling well but by the next day I felt fine.
