the reason i ask is because she gave me her number while we were both super wasted so i don't know if it is legal to call a chick when you are sober.

I would not call her because she smokes, that usually means that she smokes and has bad lungs. Bad lungs means that when you have 3 kids out of wedlock that she will not have the lung power to blow up the balloons at the birthday party. This will mean your 3 kids, that you had out of wedlock, will have a bad childhood, and in 5th grade will steal a O-Magazine from the gas station. Then they will drop out of high school and rob banks until they are cut. Thus hurting my eventual social security check. Please do not call her for my sake.
