There isn't much. But its rumored that a child who has a few ounces of caffinated cola each morning will be more attentive if they have ADHD. The caffine has an alternate effect on their system than it does on the rest of us.

Kids that have ADD/ADHD are found to be VERY sensitive to Salysilates. Salysilates are in things such as aspirin, tomatoes, oranges, artificial colors and flavors, as well as flea bites.
One of my children is afflicted with ADD/ADHD and I found that by restricting her diet of Salicylates (sorry, I don't know the correct spelling of this word), it changed her way of life, as well as the way others percieved and treated her.
I would also suggest you visit your local health food store, and find the best informed person there.
Good luck to you and your child.

I put my son on a combination of fish and flax oils and it worked just as well, without the side effects, as the Ritalin did. That and a cup of coffee, or cola, always calmed him right down. His doctor said that it had the opposite effect on ADD/ADHD as on a person without.
