dream is destiny - that is not kanji - that's just katakana romanizing "cinnamon" into "shinamon"..

micah's first two answers are japanese equivalents of cinnamon in native japanese.. the last "shinamon" is just a carryover from english, obviously. =]

I am really hoping you are not talking about the romanji way of saying it, but the kanji spelling. Here is the kanji:
