I have 3 hairs near my eye that I want to get electrolysis on, will it make other hairs i dont see neaby grow?

They are like 3 small hairs that no one but me can tell are there. I dont want them to grow huge. I plucked the bigger one and didnt see the smaller 2 since they were blond colored. Will electrolysis make the other blond hairs pop out too?
