3 piece suit..........seriously, dark jeans, collared shirt (button up or polo style) and sneakers.
Stay comfortable but dressed up at the same time! It will make you more at ease........insist that she be casual also.....

depends on where you are going and how old too. But go casual shoes, dress pants, and shirt. Be smart. Tell her to throw on some jeans and tennis shoes so she will feel confortable and then you can do the same.

Depends on where you're going! If you are going somewhere classy,get dressed up nicely,if your going somewhere casual,like the movies,dress casually!
