The man looks out the window. He then looks away. Then look back out the window. He sees what he saw the first time he looked out, he then takes the saw and saws his shirt in half. Two half's make a hole. He then Jumps in the whole and gets out the room.

Start punching/kicking in the walls (That is if it is wood and drywall), then going through the wall by making a hole.
