Jesus Christ was the son of God, the savior of the world. And he was a prophet, but the Jesus that the muslims acknowledge as a prophet is not Jesus Christ. The Jesus that they acknowledge is a false god of mythology. When Muhammad conquered Mecca and entered the Kabaa, (the building that once a year, muslims dressed in white go around seven times) he found it full of idols and commanded that they all be removed except those of the Mother and Son. It is taught that Abraham built the Kabaa and after many centuries people forgot the worhship of the one true God and began to fill up the Kabaa with idols. Among those were idols that represented the mythological, false deity of mother and son, which Catholics worship. The Jesus represented by the mother and son idol that Muhammad left in the Kabaa is the Jesus that Islam recognizes as a prophet. This Jesus the Koran says did not die for the sins of man, nor was he the son of God, so Jesus Christ is not the prophet named Jesus that muslims recognize.

I think many of the people have already answered your question. Just a little point. We have been told that Allah sent his prophets on all parts of the world to tell them his message. There is count of about 124,000 prophets on earth. Now, after the Holy Prophet Mohammed (Peace Be Upon Him), there would be no prophet. He was the last and final and what he taught was the final teachings.

Many. I'm not sure if this is the exact number, but I think God sent down about 128,000 prophets. Not all of their names are known, but among them were Adam, Noah, Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob, Joseph, Job, Moses, Aaron, David, Solomon, Elias, Jonah, John (the Baptist), Jesus, and finally Muhammad (peace be upon them all).

Jesus, Moses, Noah, Abraham.

Muslims believe that prophets have been sent to every people in every age, until the final prophet, Muhammad. Some of these Prophets will never be known by name. Others are people from Jewish, Christian, and Arab history.

Muslims acknowledge all Prophets, there are about 124,000 Prophets and messenger from Allah(God). Not acknowledging one
of any prophets/messenger, according Qura'n you are not a muslim
