I think i have it but i dont know what it is so can somebody please tell me everthing about it

It's a gland! And we all have it, functional or not...

It's located on the front side of your neck, just below your chin... It produces 2 hormones: Tyrosine and Triyodumtyronine... Which control the speed of metabolism. And that are produced directly from the yodum you consume, mainly in regular salt...

That is why, when there is lack of production of these two hormones (Hypothyroidism) people become fat, within other characteristics, and if there's an excess of production (Hyperthyroidism) people tend to be really really thin.

The thyroid is a gland in your neck which produces hormones which help to control your body's metabolism. If the thyroid produces too much hormone, it is a little like being on "speed" - you feel nervous and jittery and there are other associated symptoms such as hair loss. If your thyroid produces too little hormone, you will feel tired and sluggish and probably gain weight.

Do you know what kind of thyroid problem you were diagnosed with?

Everone has a thyroid but it's different than the protrusion on you neck which is your Adam's apple.

the thyroid produces a lot of different hormones that help regulate your whole body. such as your calcuim levels and water levels.
