What is the best camara that i can buy?

Question

i dont want to spend a lot and i want a camara where i can film,record in a Dvd and then play it on a regular dvd player
please tell me what to look for.

You're actually looking for a camcorder, and if you don't need a ton of extra features, you can pick one up for pretty cheap seeing that most camcorders are made with the same quality. Some of the cheapest camcorders don't use DVDs but rather internal memory. If you want to have DVDs, it's a little bit more expensive. At BestBuy, you can pick up a JVC or Canon (2 of the best brands) camcorder that uses a mini DVD (still works in a DVD player) for about $300, or maybe even $250. Happy holidays!
