I read a few years ago that if a guy reaches 25 w/o a serious relationship or never having a girlfriend at all that the odds of getting married EVER goes down to about 30%?

Yes, the odds are way stacked against him if he reaches 25 and had never had a relationship. The odds are even worse if he is 25 and never had a girl. The point is that any guy who reaches this age without a woman has serious issues that will only get worse with time. All excuses aside, everyone has time for a member of the opposite sex.

You never know. My dad was 28 without ever having a girlfriend. Now he is married with my mom for 22 years. I guess not.

This is not true cause the odds goes up cause at this stage lots of women is gonna be after you for marriage.

I disagree!! Maybe they are busy with there life and are not ready to start dating...or even settling right away.......caue you can be 40 and then all of a sudden fall in love......and when u do it seems like you have been with that person forever.....cause that happened to my grandma.

it might be true if it seems lots of people get first married when fairly young. everything has its own advantages/disadvatages. you never know when the love bug will strike.
