It happened yesterday. I was giving Bobby, my German
Sheppard his morning walk when he took off chasing Fluffy the neighbor's cat. He wasn't able to catch Fluffy but when I called Bobby back he kept running into things like the fire hydrant and a tree. Bobby couldn't find his way back to me, so I went after him and when I held his head up I notice that both his contact lens were gone. Bobby's optometrist (eye doctor) is out of town over the holidays so there no way I can replace them . Bobby seems to be miserable. Any help with this problem, would be very much appreciated.

If both of one's contacts become lost, the best thing to do is to wear a backup pair of glasses until they can be replaced.
Now a dog with glasses...that's funny.

Make your dog wear his glasses. In the meantime, go back and find the missing contact lens. Dog contact lenses are VERY expensive (unless you have DCL insurance, then you can just pay the deductible). Contact your local DUH (Dog Underwriter's House) for help with this.
Of course, there's always the DER (Doggie Emergency Room), where you can get an emergency prescription if it's for a medical condition). If it's for cosmetic purposes only, then you're out of luck. You're a member of DOPE (Dogs Of People Everywhere), right? They can help.

so did the doc ask bobby to bark once if the pic was blurry and twice if it was clear i think the eye doc is ripping you off
