Most likely not, You are only in love with certain qualities that person has. Or you love them but they could have some issue that is creating the reason that you feel you can't be with them. for example drugs or alcohol problems, or emotional trauma.

Oh for God's sake! Hell yes! My ex-wife and I have been loving each other when we're apart and hating each other when we're together for 20 yrs.
