If HSA contributions are not pre-tax under AMT I don't think it's worth it, so I'd like to know.

Yes, they're still deductible. HSAs are about to become a great retirement tool for the wealthy, especially if you have a substantial traditional IRA. Ask your tax pro about this.

yes it is deductible for both regular tax and alt min tax. If you can do it I think this is a great tool for future retirement health costs.
