Don't underestimate yourself. It is not the case in many temples.May be in a few temples in the villages maintained by some group of people who treat as their own property.
There is no such discrimination in the main and common temples

Is it letting a Shudra enterthat is a crime, the actual act of a Shudra entering, or is not letting them enter the crime? Sorry, just not clear on what I'm answering.

do not punish him but rather than going to temple develop his intellect first perhaps that is the God's first wish then enter the temple.

well if the priest is not allowing then sudra can go to police and if police refuses to take complain which often happens then that man can go to court directly and if proved that priest could even go to jail for 15 years and sudra is not right word to use u should use dalit
