Dear Nicky, I'm from Serbia, but as you can see my English is fluent, so I'll try to answer your question.

You already heard what reference means in English, while in Serbian you can translate it as preporuka, obaveštenje, pregled...

Nicky i'm sorry but i only speak southern but refinance means you have a house of something bought on credit and a mortgage company financed it for you , then you can get a better interest rate so you refinance with another mortgage company or the original company could be giving lower interest rates and you refinance with them. I hope this makes sense to you because its as clear as mud to me
