There is something you can do that's simple, natural and doesn't cost a lot of money. (A lot better that tylenol too.)

A lot of depression these days is due to a common nutritional deficiency.
Most of the food we eat today is processed which makes it cheap and convenient but unfortunatotely also means it has a lot less Omega 3 EFAs (essential fatty acids).
Our bodies suffer in many ways from this but lacking this nutrient frequently affects people's emotional and mental states as well.

Go to your local drugstore or if you have one nearby a local health food store.
Find a good quality fish oil supplement.
Expect to pay anywhere between $15 -$35 depending on the size and brand.
Some good brands are Nordic Naturals and Carlsons. Look for one that's microfiltered for impurities. (Our seas are polluted unfortunately). Now try 2-5 capsules a day for a week and see how you feel.
Omega 3s have been shown to treat depression (as well as many other mental illnesses like OCD) more effectively with and without meds and even in cases where meds did not at all.
As always consult your doctor but do your own research. Remember doctors do not have nutritional representatives visiting their offices and offering to buy them lunch so they can tell them all about the newest dietary supplements. (That would pharmaceutical representatives.)
I like Swansons Virgin Salmon Oil for quality and price.

I wish you happiness and hope.

Tylano won't help you. Try St. John's wart that you can get in a Health Food Store. That will help you more. It always helps to have someone to discuss things with. You seem kinda young sense you go to My Space, Maybe you can go to the Guidance counselor at school to find someone to talk to about what is bothering you.

Taking drugs to make you feel better is not the answer, try talking to a physiologist, and don't wait because the longer you wait the more you fall into depression. Depression is serious and is not something to let control you.

Life is fantastic and exciting, knowing for sure that our sins are forgiven and having hope of Heaven. There is no room for depression for those who know the Bible and the Savior.
