Petra's answer, as well as, translation is accurate and correct.
Ex Serbo-Croatian language has (fortunately or unfortunately) split into three "different" languages (the EU preferred -alphabetic - order) Bosnian (Bosniak would be more correct), Croatian and Serbian which used to be referred to as BH, western and eastern variant of now non existing ONE language. Though it is extremely difficult (based on the text above) to determine ACCURATELY which variant has been used, it seems to be Bosniak variant, spoken by Muslim population of Bosnia And Herzegovina.

It's an amalgam of a few prominent languages .....
