Older men like to look at sexy young girls, but they want somebody they can talk too. So how well you can converse with him with out looking like a school girl dummy will go a long way.
That don't mean going and looking up big words and using them (but know what they mean), it means make up your own mind on some important issues (don't just follow the crowd), and be able to debate reasons why you picked that side.

depending on how much older he is than you, be patient and express your feelings to him,it is true that older guys have been around the block a few more times,like chasing a wild animal if you move too fast they will disappear because society thinks that they are robbing the cradle and that you are searching for that father figure and your interests are different. it just takes more time

Alot of guys are attracted to girls that are younger than them, so you shouldn't have much of a problem. Just make sure he knows you are interested in him and if he is single and attracted to you their shouldn't be any problems.

the best that you can do in any relationthip is to be yourself. and about being attractive, well it mainly depends on you and your parners personality, as far as i know diffrent people difine beauty in diffrent ways, so if you want to be attractive for him, you should talk to him and figure out what turns him on...

being much younger than him should appeal to his vanity and ego. So I guess your youth should work in your favour. i know I am a girl...I just had to butt in and state the obvious.
