Daniel, my guess is that you are looking for an answer that will help you make Israel look bad. Did I guess right?

No, it is forbidden.

De jure, you can get 20 years in prison (or a massive fine) for holding any kind of illegal drugs (including cannabis) in commercial amounts. De jure, you can get 3 years in prison (or a considerable fine) for self-use drugs.

De facto, however, the penalties get to this very seldom, and as long as one does not walk down the street with a vase of marijuana- the police will be too lazy to do something about it. Anyway, it is illegal.

Daniel A, why in the world would you, an antisemite, care about what is going on in Israel? Do us all a favor, and get out of this section, and go back to your herd.

Nope, it's illegal.

Can be charged for possession, and use of cannabis.

Keep in mind most resources go towards terrorism though, they also have a seperate department for drugs like the DEA but not as big or resourceful.

It's quite illegal in Israel. Don't mess with drugs when abroad. You can get into real trouble, and the American authorities can to nothing but send you condolences.

Only if you don't get caught, and if you do , your on your own and good luck. In Israel, the US hos nothing to deal with to help you.

The answer is NO, its not. But drugs are sold and people buy them, so my best advice is don't get caught.
