Boy, I know what you're talking about. My therapist told me to write down all the things about myself that I thought were good & to read it every day.
I just made the decision this year to make a New Year's resolution, something I haven't done in years. I want to improve my social & personal skills & have decided that I will try not to give unasked for opinions beginning this year. I have decided to add something different every year. It might not make people like me better but I will like myself better.

First of all feelings do not represent truth. Understand that alot of people feel the same way you do. When I get to feeling low, as I often do, I pick up a Bible and read the Psalms. You will see just how much God loves you! This may not help immediately, but God's word is TRUTH, not your feelings.

Honest to goodness, everyone feels like that once in awhile. But if you wanna feel better about yourself then you shouldnt be so self-concious. Confidence is key, if you dont feel good about yourself then who is going to like someone who doesnt like themselves? What happens happens, and maybe it`s your time just to enjoy the single life. &Honestly you should look at the good things you have like the people in your life who make it worth living.

well that is how i feel about myself sometimes too. what i think you should do is not care what other people think about you. as long as you feel good inside, are happy, and be yourself everything will fall into place. i think that is the balance of life because everything is destined to happen so then maybe you'll find someone who will like you for who you are. ~good luck~

Not give a s*** what other people think about you and love your self for your self. That's how I live. If they can't like you for who you are then there not worth liking as a friend or other wise.

Learn to like yourself. Figure out who you are, embrace it, and the confidence that brings you will help make people like you more.
