not to break ur heart but probably not if he hasnt already he aint gonna soon but to make him on 07 be open to him he might think u dont like him and he is scared that u will say no that is way he has not ask u so make sure he knows u like but not in a freaky way good luck and happy new year!!!!!!!!!!

No. You have given no indication why he would suddenly start to notice you with less then a week to go.
If you want him to go out with you- go to him instead
