every time I go to any store, I see people parked in an isle, holding up traffic, waiting for someone to walk to their car, put up their stuff, get situated, back out, and drive off.
it royally pisses me off. walking an extra ten spaces is not hard, and the act of being a parking vulture shows how lazy most americans have become.
what would be proper etiquette for waiting for a parking space? my rule of thumb is 10 seconds. if you are in front of me and you are waiting for a parking spot for more than ten seconds, I am very tempted to floor my car and rear end you at max speed because of nothing more than laziness.
it is these same people who are incapable of putting up their shopping carts at the grocery store. if some fat lady in a mumu can walk through wal-mart picking out her ding-dongs, ho-hos, red meat and "sugar-free" candy, then she can walk the extra minute from a further space and she can put up her cart.
what do you think? does this not drive anyone else nuts?
