Quit beating around the bush-you could ask a thousand different people that question and get a thousand different answers. Each person will "believe in their heart" that theirs is the right answer.

Ultimately only you will be responsible for your decision. Why don't you just ask Jesus yourself(it's called prayer). See if you get some sort of answer and then decide for yourself.

This response will be deleted after I think you have time to read it.

just so i can remember the guy who's deleting his answer;) GOT CHA!!

i was only asking if it's in the bible, that's not something you can decide, it's either there or it's not!

No thats not true, and you are right it does not say that in the Bible....everybody that believes is not saved..The devil belives and trembles, but he,s still the devil..........In act:2 :38 it says Repent, and be baptized everyone of you in the name of the father and son and the holy spirit, and yea shall recieve the gift of the holy spirit........then later after hearing these words they were all baptized in jesus name for the remmission of sins,,,then they were gathered in the upper room and a spirit of a mighty rushing wind filled the room and they were all filled with the holy Ghost

The Bible repeatedly. Edit: It is throughout the New Testament it is the Gospel. The good news of Jesus Christ. Jesus said many times you must be born again. The only way to the Father is through the Son. If your read the New Testament you will have a hard time missing the story of salvation and the atonement of Jesus Christ. Rom. 5:11 1 Peter 1:3 ; 1:23 Rom.10: 9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved....The scriptures are too numerous to mention as I said it is the Gospel and throughout his word.

Yes, this does come from the Bible. According to John 14:1-6, this is the case. Jesus himself said that he was going to heaven where the Father (God) is, and that is where he is preparing a place for those who love him, and have accepted his dying on the cross as payment for their sins. Hope that helps explain it!
