A plane ticket to Paris will cost cheapest around February and March around $500. You cannot take a bus directly to Paris, France
You can take a bus to New York or Boston. From there sometimes, Virgin Atlantic or British Airways have special deals during February and March for you to fly to London for $100-$200 (I'm not sure about France, but maybe Air France have special deals at that price range to go to Paris).
I suggest waiting until you are older and can afford an airplane ticket. Once you get there you want to have some money to enjoy and if you are barely scraping just to get there, it won't be as much fun.

Ticket to London, Ontario would be around $100 dollars I think If you want to go to London UK you can either take the bus through Alaska but that's going to cost you a fortune, however you'll see different places like Yukon, Vancouver, Russia, and all Europe!!! Or you can go to the main street in Denver and start painting graffiti and Renancentist pictures saying that you are promoting the art and asking for voluntary donations to take your art to London (there's a guy in Toronto who does this) Don't listen to all these people, nothing is impossible, if you want so hard to go to London you will do it!!!!

I assume you meant Denver, Colorado in the USA. In the US, there are a lot of towns named Paris. Can't help you if you don't give more details.

that's not the real problem, how well and how long can you swim in the ocean in order to get to paris france in europe, or were you trying to get to paris indiana ?

well it cost more in the morning than in the night time at night it cost around 80 and in the morning like 107
