I make awsome p-nutbutter/oatmeal cookies. One cup white sugar, one cup brown sugar, one and a half cups flour, one cup oats, 2 eggs, one pinch salt, one pinch baking soda, one squirt maple syrup one half a cup chunky p-nut butter, half a stick of room temp. butter. Lightly grease and flour two or three cookie sheets preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 16 to 20 minuts.
Please note that before baking you must fist put the cookie dough on the cookie sheet......
Spoon teaspoon size scoops of cookie dough into your palm and lightly sprinkle a little sugar on top. Mold the dough into a little ball and pop it onto the cookie sheet. Leave two inch spaces between each cookie. Okay?
Please make sure you have adequit counter space and oven mits before hand and a timer too! Also, a platter to put the cookies on.

You can use the Nestle's Toll House cookie recipe and just substiture pb chips for chocolate chips. Maybe put a little pb in the batter as well to give it a little more pb flavor.
