You get CLA naturally from meat and full fat dairy products. If you eat these on a regular basis, there is no additional benefit from taking supplements.

I have used it and does cause stomach problems anything from gas to going to the bathroom non stop. You will not see amazing results and you have to be on it for awhile at a high dosage. I think it is better when it is an ingredient among others, but I stopped taking it because I hated the stomach problems.

I havent personally used it but my friend did he said it worked for him but i didnt really notice any imporvements, i recommend green tea supplements its a natural fatburner and works on your fat storages first, if you want to boost the effects you can take extra caffine with it. If you need more info on it just write me. But i really wouldnt waste my money on any dietary supplement because usually if you arent already eating right and working out regularly as soon as you go off youll start to gain the weight back

It gave me diarrhea and I didn't lose any weight from it. I found it to be a waste of money.
