Hadrian's Wall was 80 Roman miles (73½ modern miles or 117 kilometres) long. So it would take me a few days to walk it. How long it would take you to walk it would depend upon you I guess, but I would think most people would want to take at least a few days to really experience it. These links may be helpful.

Hadrians Wall is 731/2 miles long that is 117km so it would take several days to walk it. I would say that to really enjoy it and the beautiful countryside you would need about 5 - 6 days. The best way if you are the outdoor type would be to backpack and take a lightweight tent. Wonderful. If you decide to do this, enjoy yourself.

73 1/2 miles long.A significant portion of the wall still exists, particularly the mid-section, and for much of its length the wall can be followed on foot. It is the most popular tourist attraction in Northern England, where it is often known simply as the Roman Wall.

Be sure to bring a camera in case you're attacked by Pictish hordes.
