Try system restore.

start-> programs files->acessories->system tools->system restore.

Then click on a date (that is bold) to restore back to that date and hopefully bring nero back.

Hope it works :)

Hi

I am sure u ahve the setup file with which you had installed the Nero. Don panic....

Jus run the set up file again either frmo CD or system(from where ever u installed the NERO)... while installing it again - it ll ask option for uninstall/repair the present version..

jus give repair ! and u r done with this..

and a small piece of Advice - don play around deleting files. this being a third party tool - no prob this can be recovered.. but if its a syatem file/Windows file - u r system cud crash :)

after uninstalling NERO there are some registry entries that are left behind making a reinstall almost inposable, but there is a salution
click start then run
type in regedit and hit enter

now open up HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT open up software and delte ahead

next go through and do this to every HKEY listed.

after they are all deleted reboot your pc

then reinstall nero

****NOTE**** when messing around with your registry keys it is a good idea to make a system restore point to get those keys back incase of messing somthing up.

You need the original CD you used to install it the first time, or you need to download and install it again. And in the future, NEVER, NEVER delete files if you don't know what you are doing. If you don't want the program, uninstall it, but don't start deleting things.
